Blueno
A therapist sees you for an hour a week.
The other hundred-some hours, the ones that actually move your mental health, go unseen. What comes back into the next session is a reconstruction, built from memory under pressure, with the hardest weeks the easiest to round off.
The gap
The distance between what happens in the session and what happens in the life is where support quietly fails. Blueno listens between sessions. It reads the same durable picture of you that you own, so the support continues when the hour ends, and the clinician sees what actually happened instead of guessing at it.
What you own
Blueno draws on the same .polarity file every Polarity Lab instrument
reads and writes. The picture of you stays yours. Blueno is a lens on it, not an
owner of it.
Where we are
In research and development. Seeking clinical partners to design and run the first studies. Nothing here is a medical claim yet. It is the direction the work is being built toward.
